Kyle C. Post, J.D., LL.M.

Kyle practices in the areas of estate planning, tax planning, estate and trust administration, wealth preservation, and asset protection.  Kyle helps families develop multi-generational plans to reduce or eliminate estate and gift taxes, maintain family legacies, avoid probate, and provide the proper level of support for current and future family members and beneficiaries.  Kyle also counsels clients on income tax matters related to the formation, operation, and sale of businesses.
 

Kyle has helped clients form numerous charitable organizations and obtain tax-exempt status. Kyle provides experienced counsel on legal issues encountered in the process of forming and managing a successful charity.

In addition to practicing law, Kyle has taught a variety of courses for multiple universities.  Kyle’s teaching experience includes business law, employment law, estate and gift taxation, estate planning, income taxation of individuals and businesses, and international taxation.
